What Shipping Options are Available?
We currently offer USPS Priority, UPS 2 day, abd FedEx Overnight. If you need a special shipping option, please let us know in Live Chat or email.Do you ship discretley?
Yes, all packages appear as standard mail with no branding, or anything to hint at the contents, and our return address is not branded as well.What is the order processing time?
All orders before 2 PM EST are processed and shipped the same day Monday through Saturday.Do I receive tracking on my order?
Yes, all orders will recieve a USPS or FedEx tracking number for full order monitoring. These emails may be delayed a few hours after order is placed, due to time to prepare order and register in shipping system. Yes, we offer Collect on Delivery (COD) service in the US. You will provide the courrier upon delivery with a money order or cashiers check for the total amount due, in exchange for your package. Your order must be over $50 for COD to be available, and it is a UPS only paytment collection option so you Must Choose UPS as your shipping option
- Why can't I see the COD option?
- Make sure you've entered a non PO Box shipping address
- Your order minimum after coupons needs to be at least $50
- The COD option is in the "shipping methods" of checkout
- You must select UPS as your shipping courier
- If all the above is true and you cannot find the COD checkbox, you may need to checkout as a guest, or use clear your cache and refresh the browser.
